          DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT:  N12336 had a hard nose-first landing on 08/20/15 at the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport, Florida.

                                                                 

          DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGES:   See attached photos. Damage includes but may not be limited to the following:        **PHOTOS**

        

  • Nose wheel rim is bent.  
  • Both tips of the propeller are bent. 
  • Engine requires a prop strike TD&I
  • Firewall is crinkled
  • Aircraft forward belly crinkled in several places
  • Structure on the floor is bent in both the pilot and passenger deck before the rudder pedals
  • Windshield is badly cracked
