                                  at TTAF 16604.8.  Last 150/300 hour inspection on 01/01/19 at TTAF 17,241.4.

     DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT:   On 09/09/19, while aerially applying to a field, the helicopter experienced a partial loss of engine power

                                                           when the pilot advanced the engine power to reverse course. Due to the low altitude of the helicopter

                                                           at the time, the helicopter impacted terrain shortly after partially losing engine power at which time the

                                                           helicopter was extensively damaged.

           DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGES:   Extensive damage to all major components of the helicopter. Please review photos for damages.
