                               The approximate AFTT on the date of loss was 3,222.  Last annual inspection was performed on 04/14/2014 at Tach Time 140.4; AFTT 3,202.4. 

     ENGINE:      Lycoming 0-320-D3G, s/n L48761-27A.  Annual Inspection on 04/14/2014 at ETTIS 3,202.5.  The engine was overhauled 05/28/94

                         and installed at 1993.2 TTIS, indicating a TSMOH of 1228.8 on the date of loss. 

          EQUIPMENT:  NAV/COM Michel Avionics MX 170 C, King 176A Transponder, and Apollo Loran L6. 

          DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT:   Emergency landing in a cow pasture. 

          DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGES:    Damage includes but may not be limited to the following:          **PHOTOS**

• Destroyed nose gear/wheel assembly
• Bent propeller
• Engine experienced a prop strike
• Engine cowling is bent.

         LOCATION OF AIRCRAFT:  Florida Aircraft Paint, Bartow, Florida 

         REMARKS:  Logbooks are with SIAI.  **Logs are incomplete.  There is one log for the airframe and one for the engine, both starting in 1994 for this 1979 model aircraft.
