     DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT:   On 2/15/2023 on the ramp at the airport (KBNA) - located in Nashville, TN – the aircraft’s

                                                            right engine was started at which time the aircraft operator lost control of the aircraft which

                                                            then struck a van parked in front of the aircraft.

           DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGES:     The damage includes but may not be limited to: 

     - RH prop & engine (prop strike; spinner crushed)

     - RH wing (wrinkling throughout both upper & lower skins; leading edge crushed outboard of the engine nacelle)

     - RH eng forward cowling (scraped & gouged by spinning crushing into it)
