         DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT:   On 09/18/19, N5473Y sustained flood damage during Tropical Storm Imelda.  Water level was three inches inside aircraft.

                                                                The airframe, engine and propeller logbooks have not been located and are presumed lost.
