           PROPELLER:  The propeller is a Hartzell HC-C2YK-18F, s/n CH422808, PTT 683.4, TSMOH 250.69.

                                    The last Annual Inspection is dated 09/22/22 at Tach 861.46, PTT 640.44; TSMOH 207.73.

 DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT:  Prior to landing N79853 on 07/22/23, the aircraft experienced a complete loss of

                                                       electrical power and the gear collapsed on landing after the pilot attempted to extend

                                                           the gear manually.  The suspected but unconfirmed problem was the alternator.

           DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGES:   The damage includes but may not be limited to:  

• Propeller
• Engine experienced a prop strike
• Right wing damaged including fuel tank
• Nose gear doors
• RH & LH Flaps
• Cowling
• Belly skins
