                               The aircraft had an annual inspection on 06/02/20 at 3437.3 AFTT. The current AFTT is 3458.6.

 DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT:  On 12/23/20, N8089P made an emergency gear up landing at Daytona Beach, Florida.

 DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGE:   The damage includes but may not be limited to:

·         Both blades of propeller

·         Engine experienced a prop strike

·         Exhaust

·         Belly antennas

·         Minor gear door damage

·         Very minor flap damage

·         Extensive damage to the belly sheet metal, through the ribs and structure
