History
Richard J. Sample founded Sample International in 1978 in Ormond Beach, Florida and incorporated as a Florida Corporation in 1982.

Faith A. Collins joined Sample International, Inc. in 1984 and later promoted to Claims Manager/Office Manager, with responsibility for the business in Dick’s absence.
​
In May 1999, Ms. Collins became owner and President of Sample International Aviation, Inc. (SIAI)

All adjusters are employees and have All Lines Adjuster licenses.
