DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGES:  The damage includes but may not be limited to:

The bottom of the fuselage is crushed and abraded from the nose cone aft to the wing. A large puncture exists on the bottom of the fuselage forward of the wing. The antennas forward of the wing are broken. The nose gear is folded aft into the fuselage deforming the structure around the nose gear wheel well. The port sidewall in the nose gear wheel well is gouged from contact with the nose gear assembly. The nose wheel fork fractured allowing the nose wheel to separate from the fork. The nose gear doors are abraded. The fuselage structure around the front pressure bulkhead and the cabin windows is wrinkled.  Multiple gouges exist in the paint on the left side of the fuselage in the area of the cabin door, the bottom of the fuselage, and the leading edge of the right wing root. The aft section of the fuselage is crushed in the area of the tail cone fairing.

The upper side strut on the right main landing gear is broken. The leading edge of the right main gear door is gouged. The wheel cover on the right wheel is abraded and bent. The right tire is scuffed.

The bottom of the right wing is abraded near the tip tank and the wing tie down is gouged. The bottom of the tip tank is abraded, the static wick is broken, and areas of paint have cracked and separated from the right tip tank due to the flexing of the wing. The right flap is wrinkled on the upper and lower surfaces. The outboard flap hinge is abraded. Multiple flap hinge fairings are destroyed. The right flap was pushed upward into the fuselage to wing fairing cracking the fairing.

The left wheel separated from the left main landing gear and impacted the trailing edge of the left wing. The inboard section of the left flap is wrinkled. Areas of paint have cracked and separated from the leading edge of the left wing adjacent to the tip tank and the aft section of the tip tank.

Both main wheels may be deformed.

Areas of paint have cracked and separated from the outboard section of the upper left engine cowling. Both engine inlets appear to be free of foreign object damage.

The wheels have been removed from the landing gear and the aircraft has been disassembled for retrieval purposes.
