     DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT:  On 04/13/24, the nose gear collapsed on takeoff at Zephyrhills Airport, Florida.




           DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGES:     The damage includes but may not be limited to:



         Nose cowling

         Lower nose skins and belly panels

         Nose gear doors & linkage assembly

         Left & right propeller blades

         Engines experienced prop strikes. 

         Underside of left wing has a puncture and wrinkling at the trailing edge.

         Underside of right wing has wrinkling at the trailing edge.
