DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT: On 04/13/24, the nose gear collapsed on takeoff at Zephyrhills Airport, Florida.
DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGES: The damage includes but may not be limited to:
· Nose cowling · Lower nose skins and belly panels · Nose gear doors & linkage assembly · Left & right propeller blades · Engines experienced prop strikes. · Underside of left wing has a puncture and wrinkling at the trailing edge. · Underside of right wing has wrinkling at the trailing edge.
