          PROPELLER:  Destroyed

          EQUIPMENT:  10” Dynon Skyview Glass panel, Garmin 300XL Nav/Comm, Garmin SL40 VHF

          DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT:  Aircraft had propeller gear box failure, lost power and made an off-field landing.

              Damage includes but may not be limited to the following:

                             Propeller destroyed.

                             Damage to fuselage, wings, canopy, and tail.

         LOCATION OF AIRCRAFT:  Quality Enterprises, Groveland, Florida.  For appointment to inspect:  352 429 9016

         REMARKS:  Logbooks are with SIAI. 

                              Aircraft was disassembled for retrieval.
