ENGINE: The last Annual Inspection was performed on 03/11/2014 at TSMOH of 1,562.3 and Hobbs 5388.3. Current Hobbs Time is 5560.8. (ETSN Unknown)
CAUTION: Because the engine has been preserved and the engine intake openings and exhaust ports are sealed, the engine should not be run until all restrictions are removed,
the engine oil changed and a thorough inspection performed.
PROPELLER: The last Annual Inspection was performed on 03/11/2014 at TSMOH of 1,703.7 and Hobbs 5388.3. Current Hobbs Time is 5560.8. (PTSN Unknown)
AIRFRAME: The last Annual Inspection was performed on 03/11/2014 at Hobbs Time 5388.30 and AFTT 7,052.5. Current Hobbs Time is 5560.8.

*GNS530W was removed, sent to Garmin, and inspected and recertified by Garmin - photos include FAA Form 8130-3.
DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT: On March 16, 2015, N3QQ was located in hangar 17B when a hangar fire occurred that originated in hangar 17D. It is suspected that the temperatures in hangar 17B were from 600 - 800 degrees.
DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGES: The aircraft was covered by an acrid layer of debris ashes from the fire. Temperatures where N3QQ was located may have reached in excess of 600 degrees - 800 degrees Fahrenheit. There are paint blisters throughout the aircraft. The Plexiglas windows are distorted and show signs of melting. There is damage in the engine compartment to baffles and wiring. The extent of the heat damage is Unknown.
LOCATION OF AIRCRAFT: Pompano Beach Airpark, Pompano Beach, Florida (KPMP)
REMARKS: The aircraft has been defueled. The engine has been preserved in accordance with Lycoming Service Letter L-180b. GNS530W has a FAA Form 8130-3

You are advised that the described aircraft is for sale AS IS/WHERE IS. The aircraft may have been deregistered. Emails and faxes will be accepted no later than 4:30 pm EST, Friday on the date shown above.
The successful bidder will be notified on the following Tuesday and agrees to provide payment via wire transfer unless an alternate payment method is agreed to by Starr. Salvage will not be released until receipt of your wire
transfer or other payment method as agreed to by Starr. All storage and handling charges accrued prior to notification of high bid will be the responsibility of Starr and after that date will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Starr reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Starr makes no expressed nor implied warranties for the condition, fitness for purpose, value, airworthiness or operation of performance of any kind whatsoever, whether in contract or tort in respect to the sale of any aircraft salvage. The buyer
