 DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT:   N4143W was struck by another aircraft while it was parked in as hangar in San Jose CA on 11/8/20.

 DAMAGE:  Prop impacted when static.  Repair estimator's primary concern was carry-through spar attaching the wing to the fuselage.
