ENGINES: Williams FJ-44-1A #1 Engine s/n: 1901, 4229.6 ETT at the 04/28/23 inspection. #2 Engine s/n: 1902, 4253.8 ETT at the 04/28/23 inspection. Engines were on TAP Elite. See attached CESCOM Aircraft Status Report
EQUIPMENT: Aircraft had an extensive Garmin avionics upgrade in January 2019 including:
(1) GTN750 (1) GTN650 (1) GTX345R (1) GTX335R

DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT: The aircraft was damaged in a tornado at the Shawnee, Oklahoma airport on 04/20/23. The hangar door and roof structure failed and N525BR was damaged by debris and impacts inside hangar.
DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGES: N525BR has widespread damage from falling debris, shifting inside the hangar and striking the walls and equipment inside, and from coming to rest on top of a tractor. The wings and controls surfaces are damaged, the empennage is damaged, the fuselage and engines pylons are damaged

RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS The undersigned bidder, in consideration of being afforded an opportunity to submit a bid on the referenced salvage, or as the successful bidder or representative of the successful bidder, in conjunction with the undersigned's desire to make an on-site physical inspection and/or inventory of the salvage, does hereby agree as follows: *The undersigned does hereby release the previous owner, the broker, the seller, the consignor, as well as the storage facility, the airport, the landlord, or tenant, where the salvage may be stored, from any and all negligent acts of any degree on their part, including releasing their employees, officers, directors, agents or authorized representatives from any and all claims, or lawsuits by the undersigned for any bodily injuries incurred by or resulting to the undersigned, as a result of the undersigned electing to make a personal, physical on-site inspection of the salvage. The undersigned does hereby disclaim, waive and agree to save and hold harmless, and to defend those on whose behalf this release is issued from any and all actions, claims, or lawsuits that may arise as a result of any bodily injury to the undersigned incurred during, or as the result of, the inspection of the salvage by the undersigned. This release,disclaimer, waiver and agreement to save, hold harmless and defend, is also intended to bind the undersigned's successors, spouse, children, heirs, business associates and the undersigned's insurance carriers.
*By submitting a bid, the bidder fully understands and unconditionally accepts all risks attendant the inspection of the salvage and fully recognizes the hazards, dangers and unsafe conditions that may be involved in making such an inspection.

All times and descriptions are believed to be the best information available and are not warranted. Prospective buyers should inspect the aircraft and records before bidding. Purchaser bears all risk regarding condition, useability, workability, and operability of all salvage.
The underwriters have full and complete authority for all decisions regarding salvage and they reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
The bid deadline dates are firm without exception.
Payment in full by Wire Transfer, cashier's check or certified funds is required within 7 business days of notification to the successful bidder.
All Sales Are FINAL.
Neither the price range nor amount of the successful bid or successful bidder will be disclosed and will remain confidential.
