         DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT:  While on approach to land, the aircraft struck power lines resulting in the aircraft

                                                               subsequently impacting terrain.

         DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGES:     Damage to the aircraft includes but may not be limited to:

·         Left wing substantial damage

·         Right wing substantial damage

·         Forward fuselage heavy deformation
