         DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT:   On 03/16/18, as two aircraft approached touchdown at Palatka Municipal Airport, Florida, N816CD

                                                                landed on top of a Cirrus SR20

         DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGES:     Damage includes but may not be limited to: 

                     *All three prop blades.

                     *Lower cowling and nose gear

                     *Right main gear wheel torn off and gear leg damaged.

                     *Left main gear wheel pant damaged.

                     *Possible flap damage - both sides
