     DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT:   Aircraft landed long and went through an ILS antenna array at the

                                                           Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport on June 06, 2023

 

 

           DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGES:   The damage includes but may not be limited to:

 

  • -           All landing gear collapsed

  • -           All landing gear doors are damaged

  • -           The one-piece wing has substantial damage to the left and right side

  • -           The Garrett TFE731 series engines ingested part of the airport’s ILS localizer antennas resulting in FOD damage to both engines

  • -           The inlets of both engines are damaged

  • -           The wing leading edge slats were damaged on both sides

  • -           The left aileron is damaged moderately

  • -           The right aileron has minor damage

  • -           The left and right inboard and outboard flaps are damaged

  • -           The fuselage belly sustained damage
