                                                      Fuselage – LH Side (Unable to Open Cabin Door), Wing, Both Ailerons and Both Flaps, Vertical Stab, Rudder,

                                                      Horizontal Stab, Elevator.  Engines have not been borescoped and unsure of any possible FOD damage.
