 DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT:  Aircraft struck by lightning while in flight. As a result of the lightning strike, the area behind the pilot’s seat began

                                                         smoking and smoldering causing sooting to the aft of the cabin and empennage

 DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGES:  The following exhibit obvious lightning damages: propeller, left cabin step, rear floorboards, bottom of rear seat,

                                                        TKS pump, Garmin pitch & roll servos. Full extent of lightning damages unknown.
