DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT: The aircraft lost power on departure and landed before the gear was locked into the extended position.
DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGES: The damage includes but may not be limited to:
1. Both propellers destroyed by impact with runway 2. Both engines require TDI 3. Main gear inner doors destroyed. 4. Nose gear doors destroyed, and gear linkage damaged during landing with gear partially extended. 5. Belly skins, avionics antennae abraded. 6. Left lower wing skins between fuselage and nacelle abraded. 7. Pitot static tubes abraded. 8. Exhaust stacks on both engines bent and abraded.
LOCATION OF AIRCRAFT: The subject aircraft is currently secured outdoors on the ramp at Lake City Municipal Airport (KLCQ), Florida.
